Nancy Tydings Bullough works primarily in oils, charcoal, and watercolors and loves to use bright, bold colors. She fluctuates between realism and abstract work and continues to experiment with a wide variety of mediums, subject matter, and techniques. Her favorite artist is Vincent van Gogh because of the passion and emotions his paintings evoke. Nancy’s goal with her artwork is, like Van Gogh, to make a visual statement that creates an emotional response in viewers.
Ms. Bullough has always loved to draw and paint and started taking art lessons as a young girl, ultimately receiving a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Art from the University of Maryland. As an award-winning artist, Ms. Bullough has exhibited in numerous juried shows, winning awards for both her paintings and charcoals. She has been a member of numerous professional art associations in Maryland and is currently an active member of the Naples Art Association in Naples, Florida.
